Background Filled Words on Black Background
Multiply Composite/Screen Composite Images


This is for an image with a black background or to composite a gif with a transparent background on a black background filled words image.
1. take your image to Magick, have the url saved or written down, you will need it again.

2. Go to Annotate, type your words in the text box and set your parameters. Choose _white fill_, _white stroke fill_, _stroke width 2_, choose your point size and font. Annotate the words, altering parameters until you have it where you want it, then

3. At _Paint_ use _black color_, _Reset_, _Color_ and click to paint the whole image black

4. Now Annotate your name/words

5. At _Composite_ enter the url of your background fill, choose _center_, _Multiply_, _tile across and down_ and composite your background in the words

6. Go back to Annotate, erase the fill color and type in _none_, change the stroke color to your preference, and adjust stroke width to 1 if you choose to.. annotate

7. Go back to Composite, erase the background url, enter the image url, change the drop down to _Screen_, uncheck the tile across/down and composite your image.

**HINT: just like with a Multiply composite, your background filled image will show through with a Screen Composite where the 2 images touch**    Example
