I think it's located smack dab in the middle of the state of Illinois. A twin city of Bloomington.
Apparently they ran out of names, Illinois is a large state. But in the back of my mind, I truly wonder if these people are "normal." Wouldn't they change their name?
Who knows. I've never been there.
