Located in the Balkans I think. The serbian capital, it appears in the Guiness Book of Records for its citizens forming the longest human chain.
I don't know, these guys seem like a bunch of trouble-makers. There also appears to be a transportation problem within the city.
There is a good reason I have never been there.
