This authorizes Katt Productions to air Music Videos shot on this date within its rotation on The Uncharted Zone Television Show or any of it's spin-offs as long as the show remains on the air. It also authorizes Katt Productions to upload the Music Video to YouTube and The Uncharted Zone.com. ____________If Initialed The Release Form also authorizes Katt Productions to licenses the Music Video to other media outlets such as Network Television or Major Motion Pictures for a decided fee paid to you as the artist and Katt Productions as the producer. The Licenses fee will be paid by the other media to each of us upon its use.
