The policies listed below are a general overview of our policies.

Reservations

To reserve your dates, a deposit of 50% of the total rent is required. This deposit may be secured by providing a check, money order, travelers check. Please note that dates cannot be guaranteed until your deposit is received and check clears the bank. The remaining rent, plus cleaning fees and security deposit will be due 60 days prior to your arrival date.

Cancellations

Should either party wish to cancel a reservation, notice of cancellation must be sent via certified mail and received more than 60 days prior to arrival date. If the property is re-rented at the same rate to another party, we will refund all of the reservation deposit except a $300 cancellation fee. The $300 cancellation fee is subject to all cancellations. If the property is not re-rented, we will retain the entire reservation deposit.
It is unlikely, however, if we must cancel your reservation, notice shall be given a minimum of 60 days prior to arrival date and all monies received will be refunded to you within 5 business days of cancellation notice.

Pets

Pets of any kind are NOT Allowed. No animals of any kind are allowed in house or on surrounding property; this includes "visiting" or "stray" animals. If this rule is broken, Lessee's security deposit will be used to resolve the odor and/or flea problems and for any costs incurred to relocate guests checking in after Lessee's departure.

Smoking

Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home.

Cleaning

The property will be inspected, sanitized and cleaned after each guest’s departure. The cleaning staff will arrive promptly at check out time on the day of departure. Often there are guests arriving the same day and the cleaning staff has only has a short time frame to clean. The cleaning fee each guest pays provides for normal cleaning so that every guest can enjoy their vacation up to the last moment. Guests are required to leave the property in the same general condition that it is received. If additional cleaning or repair is required, appropriate charges will be deducted from guest's security deposit.
