This is a sigs contest group. To be a member in this group you "MUST" Participate. This means you will be required to submit sigs AND vote at voting time in the contest. If you're not going to submit sigs or vote in the contest, then there is no need for you to join this group. Non-Active members will be unsub'ed.....You are more than welcome to go on digest (as long as you submit sigs and vote), BUT it will do no good for you to go on "Special Notice" OR "No Mail", because we "DO NOT" send out special notices.....We understand that "things" pop up that make it nessary for members to go on "No Mail" at times, so if that "Some Reason" pops up, you will need to contact me or one of my mods..The "Continuesly Use" of the "No Mail" opition will result in you being un'sub'ed without notice.

NO RAM's ALLOWED!! If you are using a rams (real audio) in your email sig PLEASE click your "Remove Signature" button before posting a message to the group. Some members in the group are on individual e-mail, And ram's ( Real Audio ) freezes webtv boxes up (expecially for the members with classic webs, plus they do not have the option of clicking on the "Option" key to disable the ram music). This rule will be enforced! First warning will just be a warning...2nd warning, YOU WILL BE UN_SUB"ED from group WITHOUT warning.

No Flaming! No verbal abuse or slandering of members, their sites or the post they send to the group. If you have a problem with a member - contact me or one of the mods and we will try to resolve the problem.
Explanation: No fighting, fussing, gripping, insulting, dissrespecting, downgrading, accussing, blaming, judging, etc etc etc etc...(This broken rule will get you unsub'ed faster than any of the other rules being abused).... ....

Treat others as you wish to be treated. If a misunderstanding should arise between 2 members, first try to reconcile it directly with each other by e-mail, not through the group. If that fails to bring resolution, Then notify me, and i will try to intervene. UNDER NO CONDITIONS ARE YOU TO INVOLVE OTHER MEMBERS!!!!!

NO PORNAGRAPHIC MATERIAL is allowed!!! Adult sig's and post are allowed as long as they're in moderate good taste and have no PORN CONTENT to them. THE WORD "ADULT" OR "XXX" MUST BE PLACED IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF YOUR EMAIL PAGE FOR ANY AND ALL ADULT MATERIAL THAT YOU POST THROUGH THE GROUP.....THIS IS A "MUST"...we have some members that do not care for adult material.
Explanation: adult and sexy images are allowed...there's a BIG difference between sexy and porn....We Do Not wanna see boobie nipples...pootangs or weewangs....


Contestants Rules

Contest voting begins when the polls are sent out and ends on Friday at 6pm. Polls will be sent out sometime either Thursday night or Friday morning. You will be emailed notice with the polls to begin voting. Votes that come in before the polls are sent out OR after 6pm Friday's will be deleted. All entries must be turned in before 6 pm Thursdays.Entries WILL NOT be added to contestants page IF NOT turned in BY 6pm Thursdays.
Explanation: VOTES coming in before polls are sent out or after 6pm WILL BE deleted... Entries that come in after 6pm Thursdays will not be added to the contestant page.(some of us have to sleep ya know (: )

1. NO RAMS are to be used in any Entry. Wav's are exceptable, and of course all mid's are allowed. Any sig entry that is submited with a ram will be disqualified.

2. NO PORNOGRAPHIC sigs are allowed. Adult images can be used as long as they're not porn or sexual related. Any entry with porn or sexual content will be disqualified.
Explanation: Self Explanatory....

3. Please keep images to 8 or under...to many images make a SLOW page load, and most people will not wait long for a page to load.
Explanation: Sig entries containing more than 8 images will be disqualified..including background images....

4. No premade sigs allowed.
Explanation: If you didn't make it then don't enter it...Do not take a pre-made sig even from your own sig site to enter....

5. All sigs must be made for the contest theme of that particular time/week.
Explanation: Self Explanatory....

6. No wearing your entry sig on your email page until AFTER the contest.
Explanation: Self Explanatory....

7. Please submit your sig entries to Ricki at RickiMama@webtv.net AND to Jenni at roxan28@webtv(NOT TO THE GROUP) by 6pm Thursdays. Send your Holiday sig entries to Jenni at roxann28@webtv.net ...... We can not add your sig entry to contestants page without your page url. When sending in your sig entry, type "Sig Entry" in the subject line of your email page.
Explanation: If you do not send your sigs directly to us (Ricki and Jenni), then your sigs will not be added to contestants pages.. (some times sigs sent through the group can be over looked or lost) ....

8. NO href= link on's allowed on sig entries.
Explanation: Do not link your web site links on your entries....Do not link personal ad's on your entries...Do not put textarea boxes with sig codes on your entries.....(If you're using someone else's copyrighted images, then you may link there site on your entry)...

9. Codes that do not work in your email signature box are not allowed.
Explanation: If it doesn't work in your email signature, then DO NOT submit as your entry...

10. No hot linking images or musc files are allowed.
Explanation: ...All images and music files MUST have your own url's...DO NOT use someone else's url's...in other words....NO BANWICHING ALLOWED in any contest entry!




Voting Rule


1. ALL CONTESTANTS are requried to VOTE. If you submit a entry, then come voting time, i better see a vote from you! If you submit a sig, but do not vote, you WILL NOT be awarded as a winner no matter how many votes you entry recieved. You forfeit any votes your sig receives.

Explanation: If you enter a sig, then don't vote at voting time, your entry will be disqualified...A non=voting member CAN NOT take a win .

2. NO Voting for your own entry.Everybody works hard to make a nice sig and it's not fair play when you vote for yourself.
Explanation: If you vote for your own sig, your vote will be disqualified....

3. NO Voting with multiable nic's. Each member is expected to cast 1 (One) vote, and 1 vote ONLY.
Explanation: Self Explanatory....

4. VOTE FAIR! Please view ALL the sig enteries, and vote for the one that you think is the best, and don't vote for a entry just because it's your "Pals".. This IS NOT a popularity contest...it's a sigs contest. While viewing the entries consider the

b : freshness of aspect, design, or style...
c : the power of independent thought or constructive imagination)

2. Loading time...

3. Time spent on making the sig.. were the images just threw together or were they edited and made to fit the sig theme..etc etc

4. Do the images all match together, does the music fit with the sig,etc etc.....
