Every Townhome is assigned one numbered space.
and the guest spots are "fair game".
OVERFLOW PARKING LOT
Extra
spaces can be used temporarily in the
"overflow" parking
area (west side of "E" building).
This is for Brookhaven Residents and
their guests only.
Be advised that any
vehicle
considered by the board to be
abandoned
ie:untagged
out of date tags
not
running
will be towed at the owner's expense.
You may
not let friends or family members,
who do not actually LIVE in
Brookhaven, store their boats or vehicles
in the overflow
parking area. This area is for the use of
RESIDENTS
ONLY.
The
circle has
been designated by the City of Merriam
THE CIRCLE
as a "Fire Lane".
ANYONE parking in the circle will be cited and fined by the
city.
THERE IS NO PARKING IN THE
CIRCLE.
