CENTENNIAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY

After the 1999 annual meeting,
in compliance with the majority vote, the Brookhaven HA Board turned the financial and legal aspects
of running Brookhaven over to
Centennial Management Company.

Our representative there is MELODIE.

She does all the billing and banking of
Homes Association dues,
pays the bills, and does the scheduling
of board approved maintainance projects.

The Board continues to have the
final say over these areas.
