MY PROMISES TO MY CLIENTS
Please note: this code of conduct does not apply to the Renaissance Festival. I will take money upfront in this situation but will always return it if the client is not satisfied.

1. I will quote the price for a reading up front. This price is for the reading, not the time. The price will remain the same, no matter how long the reading takes.

2. I will not take the fee before the reading is over. We will decide together when the reading is over. I want to make sure all your questions have been answered and you are satisfied we can do no more at this session.
There are 2 exceptions to this rule.
I take the money upfront at the Renaissance Festival and for
phone readings.
In both instances, your money will be refunded
if you do not feel the reading was useful to you.

3. You may bring a friend, or friends to witness the reading.
You may tape the session if you wish.

4. If you are not satisfied with the reading, you need not pay for it.

5. I do not promise to see the future. The future has not happened yet and, therefore, it is changeable. I promise only to tell you the most possible future, based on the choices you have made. I can offer options for more useful choices which can alter the future for you but the choice to make those choices is yours.

6. I promise not to solicit your business for future readings.
If I do my job right, you will not have to return week after week. Most of my clients prefer to return every year of so and have access to my free message board for updates the rest of the time.

7. I PROMISE NOT TO TELL YOU YOU ARE CURSED OR ADVISE YOU TO SPEND MORE MONEY WITH ME TO CHANGE ANY CONDITION I MAY SEE.
I do not believe in curses and, if a client is in extreme emotional distress, they are referred to mental health professionals.

8. I promise to tell each client of these promises and post them on my website.
