"How To Clear Cache Instructions After Cookies

HOW TO CLEAR COOKIES

This is VERY IMPORTANT.

If your system is not loading, running very slowly or not working at all,
which with Webtv is all too common
go DIRECTLY to your HOME page.
Click on HELP
On the left hand column, first group of links at bottom is UTILITIES TOOLS
Click that on and you will see two options.
VIEW COOKIES or CLEAR COOKIES
Click on CLEAR COOKIES
After that go back to whereever you wish and watch how fast and how much better your system will be working.
Sometimes even, people get completely LOCKED OUT
If you do, hit the HOME PAGE key and go directly there. If you cannot get there, POWER OFF.
Wait for 2-3 minutes, then power back on and while getting to user you will wind up first on your HOME PAGE.
Follow directions above befofe you do anything else.
You will be very surprised how much better things work for you.
the COOKIES is a online record of your transactions and stays there for days, piling up what you do, where you do, what you use. So if you are very active, your Cookies willl expand and your ability to load and do things will decrease.

If you are a Webtv user,
another way to do this is to power off and then power back on.

When you are looking at alot of bytes, from animations, heavily loaded sigs, pages, etc. your Cache might tend to slow down your response time, even lock you out.
Keep this handy. You never know when you might need it.
