This time with something quite different.
I have a new Tutorial that I would like to present to you. However, besides my own discovery, there are also going to be several of my fellow Imagineers contributing their brilliant ideas and enhancements to it.
So, if you want to have something to Image with, that is going to give you ALOT of choices,,,ranging from PURE FUN to CHALLENGING, you've come to the right place!!!
I will start out, as I usually do, with a basic skeletal formula, followed by an example of my work.
Then..the other imagers' work will be presented as we go along.
So, grab a beverage, get comfy, get yourself some kewl graphics and be ready for some choices you can make OR, better yet, DO THEM ALL!!!
SCARLET PIRATE VOYAGER SKELETAL FORMULA **This is a bit like my MULTI-LAYERING TUTORIAL Only much easier now with some of the new functions, especially DECORATE/COMPOSITE. INPUT A GRAPHIC DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO IT THEN... DECORATE/COMPOSITE (Your choice of color) (Your choice of COMPOSITE) ***DO ANOTHER DECORATE/COMPOSITE TO MAKE IT ANOTHER COLOR OR YOU WANT WAIT UNTIL YOU BACK UP TRANSFORM/CROP Off one half OUTPUT, SAVE, BACK UP TO BEFORE DECORATE COMPOSITE MAKE SURE YOU DO A DIFFERENT COLOR WITH DECORATE COMPOSITE OR IF YOU DID ALREADY LIKE EXAMPLE BELOW... COMPOSITE OVER EAST (OR WEST DEPENDING ON WHICH HALF YOU CROPPED AND SAVED) USE ENHANCE IF YOU WANT TO ADJUST PARTICULARS DECORATE IF YOU WANT FRAME/BORDER/RAISE/SINK ANNOTATE, OUTPUT It is that simple!!!  ORIGINAL  DECORATE/COMPOSITE 0X0 BORDER INDIGO COMPOSITE= DIFFERENCE DECORATE/COMPOSITE 0X0 BORDER HOTPINK COMPOSITE=MULTIPLY ENHANCE/BRIGHT=130 TRANSFORM/CROP = LEFT HALF OF MATTE OUTPUT, SAVE, BACK, GO ALL THE WAY BACK TO BEFORE SECOND DECORATE COMPOSITE COMPOSITE/OVER WITH SAVED EAST, ENHANCE/SATURATE=130 ENHANCE/BRIGHT=110 DECORATE 4X4 RAISE, ANNOTATE,OUT@25, "MOOD SWINGS"  NOTE:*** You can use DECORATE/COMPOSITE, ENHANCE/HUE, F/X TINT, ENHANCE/NEGATE,etc.etc. Anything that will change colors for you You can also do the "SPLIT" of colors VERTICALLY OR HORIZONTALLY You can also "SPLIT' your matte into more than just 2 different colors. Keep CROPPING and COMPOSITING/OVER to do this... OR Check other methods coming up.. |

BECKYLOU Last but certainly not least. This, I have to 'fess up, is one of my favorite Techniques I have seen come out in a veryy long time. If you want something that is a real KEEPER... But does require alot of steps, just take your time because it is going to be worth it!!!
