BASED ON A BRAND NEW "EFFECT" IN "F/X"

THIS ONE IS REALLY EXCITING BECAUSE IT DOES WHAT NO OTHER "EFFECT" DOES

BELOW I WILL EXPLAIN THE PURPOSE OF IT,
ATTEMPT TO TRANSLATE IT IN ORDER TO MAKE IT SIMPLE
AND THEN DEMONSTRATE DIFFERENT WAYS TO ACHIEVE THIS.
THE STEPS ARE VERY EASY!!!
SO, DON'T LET THE TECHNICAL JARGON THROW YOU OFF...
IT IS INCLUDED FOR THE SAKE OF ALSO TEACHING YOU SOME THINGS YOU MIGHT NOT KNOW




IMAGE MAGICK DEFINITION:
translate, scale, shear, or rotate image colors.
Although you can use variable sized matrices, typically you use a 5 x 5 for an RGB image and a 6x6 for CMYK.
(**I FOUND NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THEM.)
Populate the last row with normalized values to translate. For example to double the red component and add 20% to each of red, green, and blue
(**AGAIN, I FOUND NO DIFFERENCE IN COLOR VALUE BY DOING SO THEREFORE, I USE RECOLOR=6X6)

ISN'T THAT SIMPLE?
NO, NOT REALLY

TRANSLATION:
BOTTOMLINE, YOU ARE USING RECOLOR TO TAKE THE VALUE OF THE COLORS AND REDEFINE THEM, ACCORDING TO THE PARAMETERS THAT YOU USE.

HOWEVER...

THE IDEA AS TO HOW TO INCUR THESE
"DIFFERENT"
COLOR VALUES
"AFTER"
YOU USE "RECOLOR" WAS LEFT OUT OF THIS DEFINITION
THE IMPORTANCE LIES IN REGARD TO WHAT TO DO AFTER YOU REDEFINE THE PIXEL VALUE.
IE.IF YOU PUT FOR SUGGESTED PARAMETERS 5X5 OR 6X6 WHAT YOU WILL GET IS YOUR ORIGINAL COLOR HUES TURNING TO RED.
AND THEN? SO WHAT?
IS ALL THAT WE ARE GOING TO DO IS MAKE GRAPHICS RED? CAN'T WE DO THAT WITH TINT OR DECORATE COMPOSITE?


THE WHOLE BALL GAME = COMPOSITING AFTERWARD

DEPENDING ON THE COMPOSITE EFFECT YOU CHOOSE, YOUR FINAL IMAGE AND IT'S COLOR VALUES WILL BE DETERMINED.
