"EXTRA DIMENSIONAL" By Scarlet

Hi All...PIRATE VOYAGER here..
Bringing you another TECHNIQUE in which to express your
XTREME IMAGING style.
After some experimentation, using DECORATE I have come across a new "LOOK" that I hope you also like and will use

NOTE: As of October 16,2005 NEW ADDITION to this tutorial. Please scroll all the way down. You won't want to miss it!!!

EXPLANATION

The making of 3D images has been to you a centralized image and to expand the outer layers of it, going from the middle out.

This is going to be different.
As in everything EXTREME, we will be doing it a bit "off-kilter" and NOT centralized.
Choosing where your central focus is when you are done imaging, decide where you want to add even more emphasis, be it
NORTH, SOUTH, EAST,WEST,
even NORTHWEST, NORTHEAST, SOUTHEAST, SOUTHWEST
and that is the
COMPOSITE GRAVITY
that you will use to do your
COMPOSITE OVER steps
AFTER your resizing

BASIC STEPS

1) After you finish Imaging your creation,
DECORATE RAISE or SINK
10x10 is recommended but do whatever you wish for DEPTH
2)OUTPUT, SAVE URL then BACKUP
(to just before you saving URL)
3) RESIZE 115%
(you can vary this to whatever you wish. ie. 110%, 105%,120%,etc
4) COMPOSITE/OVER
With saved URL
BE SURE YOU STIPULATE WHICH GRAVITY, OTHER THAN CENTER
5) OUTPUT, SAVE URL then BACKUP
(to just before you saving URL)
6)AGAIN, REPEAT STEP #3 AND #4

VARIATIONS:
You do not have to do 3 "LAYERS"
Adding 2 is also very kewl

Try doing ENHANCE/NEGATE just before OUTPUT/SAVE/BACK your 2nd time
(which will be your 2nd "LAYER")
this wil really add a touch of EXTREME inbetween steps
***You can also add more DECORATE effects here,
ie. a border, frame , raise /sink

ie. after first resize comp/over east, then after next resize do comp/over west, etc.etc.
***SUGGESTED: BECAUSE OF SCREEN SIZE, YOU USUALLY HAVE MORE ROOM TO GO HORIZONTALLY.
