THOUGHTS OF MINE

I want a house up in the clouds
High above the noisy mass,
Far from poverty and pain--
Look what I would gain....

I could almost see
The Heavens above--
As the Light shines on me.
I want my house for all to see.

Covered with ivy and roses,
Butterflies and bluebirds--why
Even an eagle might drop by,
Just out of curiosity.

It would be nice to reside
In this paradise, if only
For a while--I could see
The Keeper of the Stars~~~~~
