About Me



My name is Barbara, I'm 60 years old, and have one daughter, and three grandchildren.
My fascination with mythical creatures began with the Mobil red pegasus when I was really young. I loved all kinds of horses, but favorites was palominos, white and black horses.

Where and when I saw/heard something about unicorns, I cannot say, or remember, but it immediately surpassed my love/like of pegasuses or even of horses. I loved what they symbolized. Purity and innocence.

Several years ago I got my first classic Webtv, and set up a addy of UNICORN-LIKE, and people would send me links for unicorn sites or unicorns.

My collection of those in my favorites got to be so much, I first set up this page with Tripod. But to keep it safe, I got this pay webpage to keep it safe as long as I can pay for it.

I was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, joined the Army at 18 yrs old, and went to Anniston, Alabama(Ft McClellan)for basic and Clerical Training and served the rest of my "hitch" at Presidio of San Francisco, California. Growing up, I visited Minneapolis, MN, where several relatives lived.

I've been married and divorced twice, but remained single after the 2nd divorce.

My hobbies are crocheting, embroidery and reading. My reading covers many areas, so can't specify all that much, however, my favorite right now is all the books by J. K. Rowling, about Harry Potter.
