Hi, My name is Bear.
I was my mommy's Christmas present 2 years ago. I am a spoiled little shih-tzu. My mommy was recovering from her second hip operation and my Daddy thought I would help cheer mommy up.My daddy was So right.You see I am not really a doggy I am a little boy in a black furry coat.My mommy lets me sleep in bed with her because mommy has to be in bed alot.Mommy lets me bring my toys and bones or anything I want to have with me.My mommy says I have more toys than what 3 little boys would have.That's because I am so special to my mommy and daddy.
I will be telling you about what my family is all about and the things my mommy has learned to do on this webby.I will show you places my mommy uses to help make her pages look nice.So if you have some extra time stay awhile and see if we have anything that might be a help to you.
Now I will tell you about this little creature my mommy rescued from a shelter. She said I needed a playmate.His name is Gizzy and he is a little yorkie. He is 8 yrs.old. I have had to show him how to do everything!! and I am the baby!! Here is his picture so you know who I am talking about.

Now let me tell you about the time daddy was cleaning out the shed. He got out this big green thing.He told mommy to sell it or buy another bird for it. Bird what in the world was that?? Well I soon found out. The big green thing got put in the house and mommy put toys in it. I thought maybe she was going to put Gizzy in it because daddy use to tell Gizzy he was going to cage him if he didn't stop peeing in the house. Oh No! mommy got this big green creature with yellow on its head. She put that in it. And you know what?? that thing said Hello to me.Well I soon found out that the creature was going to live with us. Mommy told me and Gizzy it was our sister and her name was Sweetpea.What a dumb name!! Oh yea, I guess you want to know what she looks like. Well here she is.

My mommy has a very special friend that she met on the webby. Mommy says she is the nicest lady she knows. Mommy went to meet her last summer when she visited Florida and she was going to take me too but Rae (my mommy's friend) husband got put in the hospital so I couldn't go. Rae always asks about me and gizzy and sweetpea.Rae lives in New Bedford MA. Mommy says it gets real cold there and snows! I don't know what snow is but mommy says it is cold so I don't want any of that here!! I like to play outside and I don't like it when it is cold!! My mommy says Rae makes her feel good like I do on days mommy don't feel good.I am glad my mommy has such a special friend. Here is Rae's picture and her husband Ralph

Let me tell you what happened to me today.My Mommy got her new brace for her back Monday! You know what she did? She gave me and Gizzy a haircut!! Do you beleive that. I thought I was safe for at least 6 months or so but Oh No, mommy had to go and get that new brace and out came the clippers. I tried to run away but daddy caught me.But you know what! it wasn't so bad and I got a good treat afterwards because mommy said I was a good boy. Bacon and cheese beggin strips!! Boy it was good. That dumb Gizzy got one too cause mommy said he was a good boy too.Lil brat!! At least mommy didn't cut my toenails,but she did cut Sweetpea! That's what that bird deserves after biting my nose. Too bad mommy didn't cut her beak off!! Well that's all for now. Check back again to see what I have been doing. Bye bye, Bear
Hi Everyone, its me Bear again. It is Oct.25,2006,boy alot has happened since I talked to ya'll.We moved to Pa. for 1 year. Boy I am glad we are back in Florida. Its SNOWS in Pa. and thats cold on my little feet.We went to Pa. to live with my big brother Ron and his family. It was fun for awhile because I had alot of people to play with. But Mommy got sick because of the cold weather so we had to come back to Florida. I am really glad because I like it to be warm!! We moved into an aptartment in Mulberry. At first I didn't like it because we didn't have a fence and Mommy put this thing she called a rope on me, and when I would see a cat you know that darn rope wouldn't let me get to it. Well Mommy & Daddy didn't like putting a rope on me and Gizzy so they fenced the yard. Now I can run after that stupid cat but now the dumb fence stops me and Gizzy. We have some little boys that live next door and we run and bark at them when they come up to our fence. Its alot of fun. Stupid Gizzy has to keep barking all the time so Mommy makes us come in. I wish that Gizzy would stop it so we could stay out longer.Remember that green thing Mommy calls a bird!! You know she can call me by my name now. And sometimes I forget and go up to her. You know what!! she still bites my nose, what a brat and you know what else she does, she flys over on the couch with me to look out the window, I don't mind sharing my window but she climbs up on my head!! Thats when I get mad and than Mommy makes her go back to her cage.
I need to tell you about Mommys friend Rae. Mommy was sad and I found out that Raes husband died. I don't know what means but I know it made my Mommy sad. We have alot of scary things around here. Mommy said it is because it is Halloween!! I don't know what that is but I know we have alot of candy. Maybe if I am good and make that Gizzy behave we will get some candy too.
