Feelings Of The Tragedy Upon Us


The horror I witnessed this past Tuesday morn
An event in a holy war that I do not believe
You disregard our right to live in your upcoming storm
leaving many to cry,mourn , and endlessly grieve
What right do you have to invade our soil?
Your world , your way of life
may revolve around violence,
Our nation to our dying breath ,
your plans we will foil
Come today, tommorow, or years to come
we will again enjoy our silence
Allah is the god you may blindly follow
Your acts meant to tear us apart, to make us fear
Yes! We cry for the fallen ,
this is the price of sorrow
But I promise you upon your final breath ,
I for one will not shed a tear
So to the people who i have tresspassed
The time to set aside these has come to pass
We are a proud and free no need to cower
We will win again, just as in the past

The following is a Prelude to the poem written on this page, written by Andy..
dear friends i for one have been very troubled over the events of the past week, be it guilt i feel or the sorrow of knowing of losing someone you love more than life itself, i hope in return you will share this with others and in the vain hope that it may make us realize what a great country that we live in, i pray to buddha that a peaceful resolution will come from this but i know it will not, so i wanted to take the time to share with you this work that i have put together and hope that in time we can come together and let differences be set aside, i do not hate anyone in this world nor do i want to hurt anyone but if i could lay my life down for anyone of my friends there would not be a ? thats what this life is about and without friends we are nothing without feelings we are withdrawn and that is not what this world was meant to be, so i close this with a saying from Arthur Gordon affection is not much good unless it is expressed. whats more i have a notion that unexpressed feelings have a tendency to shrink, wither, and ultimately die. putting an emotion into words gives it a life and a reality that otherwise it doesnt have.... Simililarly, expressing confidence in a persons ability to accomplish something actually strengthens that ability,. to all i wish the happiness u deserve and that from this we can each begin the healing of the business of the past
