TWEETY IN JOLLY OLDE ENGLAND

I was on my way to London, and spotted this pile of stones. I thought they would make a good place to take a break. But, when I got down here, I found out this is the mysterious Stonehenge. No one knows for sure what this place located on the Salisbury Plain is. Some say it's a prehistoric observatory, or a sacred buriel site from King Arthur's age. Some believe it was build by ancient space travelers. Whatever is true, it is a very eerie place. I feel like I am being watched. I think I scared myself. Time to go!

As you can see, I made it to London, the capital of England. This is the infamous Tower of London. It is the gloomist looking place I have ever seen. Of course, with it's horrible history, dating clear back to William the Conqueror in 1078, it's no wonder it's so gloomy looking! I decided to spruce it up a bit. It wont change all the terrible things that happened here, but maybe it will look more cheerful.

Look at the giant bird bath I found! I thought I would freshen up before heading to Buckingham Palace. Actually this is Trafalger Square. It is the junction of some of the busiest streets in London: The Strand, Whitehall, The Mall, and Charing Cross Road. It is also home of the 170 foot Nelson's Column, which was built in honor of Admiral Nelson's victory at the Battle of Trafalger. If you look down Whitehall, in the distance you can see Big Ben. The favorite thing to do here is feed the pigeons, which is good, because I could use a snack.

That's me in the blue uniform. I'm standing next to one of The Buckingham Palace Guards. If I look unhappy, it is because they wouldn't let me wear a red uniform or hold a rifle like the Palace Guard. I look a lot scarier than he does!

Isn't this the coolest thing ever? I was leaving Buckinham Palace, and look who I ran into going for a carriage ride. She invited me to go along. I think it was because I matched her hat. I am one lucky little bird to get to ride with Queen Elizabeth. That was such an honor, and so much fun!
