TWEETY IN THE LAND OF THE PHARAOHS

Here I am at the Egyptian Museum, standing next to the Mask of Tut. I love this place. There are so many interesting artifacts here.

This is Chephen`s pyramid. You can`t believe how huge these things are! It is so hot here I had to buy myself a hat. I didn`t want to sunburn the top of my poor little head.

This is the Great Sphinx. It sits a little south of the Chephen pyramid. Its name means "strangler". It has the head of a King wearing his headdress and the body of a lion. I have to admit I was a little intimidated. I can`t imagine how anyone ever built this. It is truly magnificent!

This is a "bird`s eye view " of the Temple of Karnak. It is made up of The Sacred Lake, and three main temples, Amun, Monthu, and Mut. There are also many more enclosed and outer temples. I guess I had better fly now, and continue on with my travels. I hope you enjoyed my tour of Egypt. See ya later! LOVE, TWEETY
