SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE


2 large cans sweet potatoes
1 stick butter, melted
1 & 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 cup sugar

TOPPING:
1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup chopped pecans (opt)





Mash sweet potatoes. Beat in butter,
vanilla, eggs, milk, and sugar.
Pour into greased 2 qt. baking dish.
Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
