NACHO SEAFOOD CHOWDER


5 or 6 potatoes, chopped bite size

3 cups water

3 tsp. chicken bouillon

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup picante sauce or salsa

1/2 cup finely chopped onion

1 can corn

1 small can mushrooms

2 cans water packed tuna

1 can evaporated milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese





Put all ingredients EXCEPT evaporated milk
and cheese in slow cooker for 5 to 6 hours.
Add evaporated milk during the last hour of cooking,
and the shredded cheese, just before serving.
