1 can whole corn
1 can cream corn
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 eggs
1 stick butter or oleo,melted
1 cup sour cream





Combine all ingredients in a 9 x 13 baking dish,
and mix. Bake at 350° for 45 min or until top
is golden brown. Delicious with a little honey
drizzled over top when serving. (opt.)
