OUR BIOLOGY SHOW
"Midi tune is "Far Away Times"
I was a graduate of Beach, North Dakota, "Beach High" class of 1954/1955.
My
favorite high school subject was biology. Our teacher's name was Sophie Jahr.
Known as "Miss Jahr" to each and every class attendant for the "nearly
millions
of years" she taught biology and chemistry at Beach High. I would like to make this
Biology Show a "Tribute" to Miss Jahr. She had such a neat way of presenting all
her material. Hope to make this show as interesting as possible based
upon some
memories of her class room presentations.
Cannot take credit for taking these pictures. They were found in a public domain area.
The images in this show were taken with an Olympus C700UZ digital camera making
use of a 10X "add on" optical zoom lens and the camera's 2X digital zoom.
I understand that all images were taken hand held without the use of a tripod.
Sure wish I could hand hold a camera that steady!
