Remove auto populate from AOL 8.0 address book.
Are you seeing people in your address book and you don't know how they got there?
Well there is a feature with AOL that put the addies in for you and everytime you get mass mail guess where all those addies go?
Yup right into your address book until you have more addies then you know what to do with.
Well don't feel alone cause i just figured it out and want to share how i changed it so i decided who gets in my book.
1. Click on settings just above about me while your at your AOL desk top.
2. Click preferences.
3. Click on address book-autopopulate your address book from mail.
4. Uncheck the box for automtically add e-mail addresses to my address book.
5. click save and your done.
