"The painting adorning Dolly Parton's 1973 offering, "Mine," (which featured my favorite DP song, "Down From Dover") is really not that bad... but I'm willing to bet that more time (and paint) went into painting Dolly's elaborate 'do. than anything else on it. I suppose it's only appropriate. In '73 the big-'do was the only way to go and Dolly wore it well." - O.
