Plot

Philadelphia nightclub singer "Curly Flagg" (Judy Holliday) witnesses a mob hit and flees to New Jersey. She hides out in a all-male dormitory of Princeton University. She masquerades as a male with help of three students (Richard Hart, Chester Stratton, William Brower.) As word of her whereabouts spreads, she is visited by a slick-talking PR man (Paul Stewart) who wants to turn her into a movie star and a mob hitman (Salem Ludwig) who is determined to silence her.
