Dear Miss Holliday,

                         This will confirm our arrangements.


                          1. We hereby engage you and you hereby agree to render your personal services to act in a radio version of the play entitled "SHE LOVES ME NOT", to be broadcast by us under the sponsorship of U.S. Steel Corporation.


                          2. The running time of such broadcast shall be approximately one (1) hour and shall emanate from a radio theater in New York City on Sunday March 14th, 1948 at about 9:30pm.


                          3. As complete compensation for your full services hereunder, we shall pay you and you agree to accept the sum of seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). We agree to give you air credit.


                          4. If the provisions above and on the reverse side hereof meet with your approval, please sign on the line below marked "ACCEPTED", constituting this instrument the entire agreement between you and us, which may not be supplemented or otherwise changed unless in writing signed by both you and us.
