- NEWS: On August 6th the Charles Allis Art Museum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin will be screening "Born Yesterday." It is being shown as part of their "Classic Films in a Classic Mansion" series. For information on tickets and prices click here.
- I have added 2 events to the Chronology section. The new events are about an article Judy Holliday wrote in 1951 and a film festival in 2002.

- Turner Classic Movies will be airing a 24-hour tribute to Katharine Hepburn on Thursday, July 10th. "Adam's Rib" will be among the movies shown. You can check the TV Schedule for the exact time that the film will air.

To mark the anniversary of Judy Holliday's birth 82 years ago today, I have made the following additions to the web site:
- I have added a new page to the Television section detailing Judy's 3rd appearance as the mystery guest on "What's My Line?".
- I have made 47 video captures from that same 1958 "What's My Line?" appearance. You can view the captures here.
- I have added 11 events to the Chronology section. They are listed in red text under the years 1946, 1950, 1951, 1952, 1954, 1956, 1957, 1958 and 1960.
- I have added 6 quotes to the Quotes section. One is by Judy about the possibility of playing roles that had been played previously by Laurette Taylor. The other 5 are quotes about Judy by Walter Winchell, John Derek, Bob Thomas, Harry Crocker and Sheilah Graham.
- I have added 2 more facts about Judy to the bottom of the Trivia page.
- I have added 4 photos to the Other Images gallery. The photos are of Judy and Sydney Chaplin, Judy modeling a fur, Judy and John Alexander, and an ad for "Born Yesterday." They are the last 4 photos shown on the page.
- I have added 8 more audio clips to the Listening Booth. 4 are from the film "It Should Happen To You". 2 more (about TV debate shows and famous theme songs) are from "Perry Como's Kraft Music Hall." And the remaining 2 are from the 1958 "What's My Line?" appearance mentioned above. They feature Judy doing an impression of Zsa Zsa Gabor.

- I have created another new section called Multimedia. It is a central location where you can find the Virtual Jukebox, the Listening Booth, all 851 Video Captures and all 6 Image Galleries.
- For easier access, both of these new sections have been added to the navigation bar that appears toward the bottom of virtually every page on this site.

- I have added 5 photos to the bottom row of the Other Images gallery. 3 of the photos are of The Revuers. The other photos are of Judy with Gerry Mulligan and a photo of Judy and Gloria Swanson kissing José Ferrer on Oscar night.
- I have added 6 events to the Chronology section. The new events are listed in red under the years 1957, 1961, 1988, 1989, 1990 and 1991.
- I have updated the TV Schedule for the month of June.

- I have created a new section called the Judy Holliday Listening Booth. It is comprised of 39 .mp3 audio clips of Judy performing throughout the years. The clips are from her appearances in films, radio, television, and nightclubs.

- I have made a Virtual Jukebox of Judy Holliday's songs. They are 1 minute .mp3 samples of all 37 songs that she sang on her 4 albums.
- I have acquired the www.judyholliday.com domain name. If you wish to recommend this site to someone, you can just direct them to judyholliday.com and they will be forwarded to this site.

- I have added 3 events to the Chronology section. Two of the new events are about The Revuers (1939), and the third event is about the debut of a Judy Holliday-inspired cartoon character (1993).

- I have made a 32 second .mp3 file of Judy Holliday doing her Marilyn Monroe impression. It can be found on the "Kaleidoscope" page of the Television section. It is listed under segment #1.

- NEWS: A "Bells Are Ringing" DVD release may be on the horizon. Amazon.com recently added a page for it to their DVD section. It says that the studio is not currently producing this title, but it has an option where you can receieve an e-mail notification when it does become available. This wouldn't be as noteworthy if they had done the same thing for the other 5 non-DVD movies starring Judy Holliday, but they haven't. It further states that Amazon will inform the studio how many customers are waiting for this title. At the very least, this is an opportunity to let the studio know that there is a market for Judy Holliday DVD's. It now seems like it's just a matter of time now until "Bells" hits DVD.
- I have added 1 event to the Chronology section. It deals with the details of her funeral service in June of 1965.
- I have added a quote about Judy by Frank Aletter to the Quotes section.
- I have transcribed the text of her PSA for the American Cancer Society. You can read it here. A link to it can also be found in the Chronology section under April of 1955.

- I have added a .mp3 file of Judy Holliday saying "Bennett Cerf is too smart" to the "What's My Line?" page of the Television section. It is incorporated into the episode summary.
- I have added 3 events to the Chronology section. The new events pertain to the release of "Full of Life," her appearance on "The Tonight Show" and the song "Welcome Home." They are listed in red text under the years 1957, 1963 and 1999 respectively.
- I have added a quote by Judy about her song writing to the Quotes section.

- I have added 5 photos to the Other Images gallery. 3 are childhood photos of Judy at ages 3, 8 and 13. The other 2 photos are of Judy with Steve Allen and a group shot from Oscar night of Judy, José Ferrer, Gloria Swanson and George Cukor.
- I have transcribed an article from a 1955 issue of "TV and Movie Screen" magazine written by Betty Randolph. It's titled "An Intimate Talk with Judy Holliday." You can find it in the Articles section or by clicking here.
