NAME & LOCATION:The name of the corporation shall be the Leavenworth Road Association. Boundaries are contained within the city limits of Kansas City, Kansas and shall be concentrated between the Missouri River and the north side of Parallel Parkway, bordered by 38th Street at Leavenworth Road on the east and I-435 in the west.
PURPOSE: The primary purpose of the LRA shall be to improve the business, neighborhood and social image and to promote small business and neighborhood organizations.
MEMBERSHIP: Membership in the LRA shall be vested in anyone interested in supporting the stated purpose and adopted goals of the LRA upon payment of the annual fee for class of membership. Classes of membership shall be either that of a business, organization, or individual associate membership.
