To make an image Transparent so that you can use it on any color background, take the image to Image Magic.

Enter the url of the image and click on "View"........on the next page go down and highlight the image for a second, then down to Fuzz... delete whats there each time and put in 10000......Method= Floodfill......Paint type=Matte......Fill Color=transparent.......now scroll up to the image and click on it.... the arrow will go into the middle of the pic......move the arrow over the color you want removed and click......it will go to the next page and you'll see that the color has been removed and the pic is transparent.......you may have to do this several times, if there's a part of the pic that touches the edges.

Once it is cleared out and is the way you want it.......scroll to the top and choose ..Output.....once an image is transparent, you MUST choose it to be a gif.....otherwise ...if you choose jpg......the color you removed will come back......after choosing gif, click on single file and then on output.........your gif will be on the next page and you can click on it and save it to PageBuilder or your server where you store your gifs.
