Well............Here I am in Branson, Mo. the "Live Music Capital of the Country" !!

I just LOVE it here and am having the time of my life !! :-)

(I even got on stage once-Tee Hee)

After having spent over 60 years as a native Californian, it's quite different. I live out of town a bit, up on what they call a mountain here. LOL........nothing like the Sierra Mts. in CA. tho', but just as forested in it's own way. Very scenic, as I can stand on my deck and see the town below. It's just Beautiful at night...all the Theatres in town are lit up with the neon lights........so it's very pretty. :-)

There's defiantly 4 Seasons here........the Snow in Winter is just gorgeous.......stays nice and white up here.......Spring seems to last only about 2 weeks and then it's HOT, but then..... I lived in the Upper Sacramento Valley in Ca. and no place gets hotter than that. Altho' I must admit the Humidity is a little different !! HAHAHAHA

Then comes Autuum........WOW.......the Mt is ablaze with Oranges-Reds-Yellows and Burgandy's and Greens of all Hues...........People come from all over just to see the turning of the Leaves in the Ozarks. Just Beautiful !! :-))

Branson used to be all Country Music, now it's a great mixture of all kinds of music. I enjoy seeing the live shows so much.

I try and keep myself busy and out of mischief, and most of the time I'm successful. Tee Hee

My Hobbies include Sewing, Crochet, Knitting & Embroyery.........Oh.....just hand me a needle of some kind and I'm happy !! :-))))

I make what I've come to call "Sick-Kids Quilts". They're for kids of all ages tho'.

I work thru' a Dr in the area and CAM(Christian Action Ministries) and The Battered Women's & Children's Crisis Center and they let me know when they need them. :-)

Others go to Friends I've made here on the Web, who are fighting illness'.

I have 5 Children.......2 Boys of my own and 3 Daughters of my husbands. The only steps in my house are at the front and back door tho'........so they're all mine !! :-))))

There are 14 Grandchildren and 18 Great-Granchildren !!(so far) What Fun !!

I lost my Husband of 38 yrs. Don, 9 yrs ago. I am so sad to be without him, but life goes on and at 73 yrs. of age, I try and do my best.

I keep in touch with the World on this LBB and love all the friends I've made. :-))))))) All over this Great Country of ours and in the UK and Downunder, my Mates !!........faceless people with great big hearts !! I Love You All !!!
