HOW TO COPY AND PASTE THE CODE INTO YOUR SIG BOX
1. The very first thing you must do is to be sure your sig box is empty. To do this, go to your sig box by clicking on the "Settings" and then clicking on the "Signature". Place the blinking cursor in the sig box and press delete until the blinking cursor is in the uppermost left corner of the box. Then scroll down and click on the word "Done".
You can also clear your sig box by holding down your "CMD" key and pressing the letters "a" and then "x". Use whatever method you are comfortable with, but always remember to click on the word "Done" when you finish.
2. The next step is to go to the signature that you want and click on the code box under it by hitting your "return" key. You should see the cursor blinking in the bottom of the code box. Press your "CMD" key and the letter "a" key at the same time. This will highlight the entire signature code. Then press your "CMD" key and the letter "c" at the same time. This automatically captures the code for you to take to your sig box. (Don't ask me where it goes to when you capture it. I think it's in outer space somewhere. :-)
3. Now go back to your sig box as you did in Step 1 above. When you are there, be sure your cursor is again in the upper most left-hand corner. While it is blinking there, press your "CMD" key and the letter "v". This automatically places the sig code in the sig box. Now, BE SURE to scroll down and click on the word "DONE". This saves the code in your sig box.
4. Now go to your email page and click on "Write".
You should see your signature in place. Send one to yourself to check it out.
