This is the original recipe for Marcella's Garlic Rolls.... Actually it is all in the sauce.   I've also used my home made yeast Pizza dough and I think the rolls are even better. Lazy Day Marcella's Garlic Rolls

The Sauce for Garlic rolls

4-8 cloves of FRESH Garlic minced (I use considerably more than this as I really like garlic)

2/3 cup Olive Oil

2T dried Parsley

1T dried thyme

Kosher Salt

Rolls: 2 canisters of Pillsbury refrigerated bread sticks (Not the garlic ones.  You can also use other brands of refrigerated bread sticks.) Mix first 4 ingredients in a glass jar.  Cover and shake.  Shake every once in a while.

Rolls: Open canister.  Remove a section of the bread sticks.  Cut at perforations and stretch each bread stick.  Cut each one in thirds. Make a knot with each of the 3 pieces.  Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet.  Bake for about 12 mins.  Don't brown too much or they won't absorb the oil.  Remove from cookie sheet with a spatula and place into a heat resistant bowl.  Shake sauce, then pour over rolls.  Stir to coat and then sprinkle with Kosher salt
