ALFRED was born in West Windsor, New York Sep 1887 son of Elmer Clarence Saunders and Henrietta Mae Tuttle.

He married LILLIAN PORTER

She was born EULILLIAN ELIZABETH BELL PORTER (She always used the name Lillian).
Daughter of Cornelius Porter and Eliza Etta Crandall
Their Children are:

1. EARL WILLIAM SAUNDERS born 12 Oct 1912 in Afton, Chenango County, New York.
Died 9 May 1976 of pancreatic cancer.

2. GUERNSEY ADELBERT SAUNDERS He always went by the name of AL.
He was born 1 Nov 1914 in Greene, Chenango County, New York.
He died 2 Jan 1995 of lung failure.

NOTE------ There is a history in our family of ashma and lung problems.
Grandpa Saunders (Alfred) had ashma. My Father (Earl) did not have ashma, but had problems.
Me and most of my siblings have allergies and can't bear the smell of cigerette smoke or other types of smoke.------------
