This award will be bestowed upon those sites made by Webtv users and others in the pc world. It is an award of excellence to an elite group of people who demonstrate exceptional style of HTML and/or javascript incorporation on their pages. This award may also go to those special people who offer a helping hand to other users.To be awarded the animated Le Fantome award at the top of these pages, the pages MUST contain a central theme of either a musical, nostalgia or inspirational nature. Those are the principal themes considered for this award.

To be awarded the Angelique's Bewitching Site Award all themes are considered; also for The Fantome Award of Excellence (unanimated) all themes are considered also. I MUST PERSONALLY LIKE YOUR SITE and its content though. I am not interested in link, link sites. Prefer sites with real content not just LINKS. Please do not steal this award, as it was meant to be given. All sites will be judged fairly, but you must show that a lot of work went into the planning and preparation of your page.
