On September 29, 2002, Vincent Kevin Boltz was born to proud parents Dawn and Joe Boltz at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. In attendence was grandpa Bill, Aunt Kristina, Uncle Doug helping the new little mommy along.
