I am writing to you in hopes that you would consider Kenny Loggins as an inductee to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. His accomplishments are numerous, with 5 Platinum and 10 Gold albums plus 20 million solo albums sold internationally.
Kenny Loggins has been referred to as the king of movie soundtracks. You can see why with this list:
1980 - "I'm Alright" and "Mr Night" (Caddyshack)
1984 - "Footloose" (Footloose)
1986 - "Danger Zone" (Top Gun)
1987 - "Meet Me Halfway" (Over The Top)
1988 - "Nobody's Fool" (Caddyshack II)
1996 - "For The First Time" (One Fine Day)
1999 - "Once In A Lifetime" (Runaway Bride)
Besides the songs above, he has many hit songs over his thirty year career. He definitely belongs in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,

I have been a fan of Kenny Loggins for many years, since the beginning of his career; I often wondered why he hasn't been inducted in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
Kenny Loggins is a multi-faceted artist whose music ranges beyond rock and roll to pop, country and folk. He also has recorded two children's albums, one of which "Return To Pooh Corner" not only went Platinum but was #7 on the Billboard album chart.
His devotion to world environmental concerns led him to write "Conviction Of The Heart",(number 9 on Billboard album chart). Of course everyone can remember former Vice President Al Gore singing this song on Earth Day.
I do hope that you will consider adding Kenny Loggins to the list of the other talented people in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Thank you for your time.
Yours Truly,
