| mass+void | off-center | odd number | line of directon | less is more |

i know some folks think of you as an odd number, but that's another subject. for some strange reason, the mind finds an odd number of objects far more interesting than an even number. no, i am not making this up, some of your valuable tax dollars have been squandered proving this. tested folk have responded to seeing 2 similar objects on a blank field with "needs a caption", "boring", "what's the meaning?", and "when do i get paid for this test?". comments about 3 objects included "pleasing", "interesting", and "when do i get paid for this test?".

the odd numbers mentioned are 1, 3, 5, and 7. after 7, the mind no longer subconciously registers odd nor even numbers; the viewer has to manually count them. why all the above facts hold true is another great puzzle of the human mind. if you find any of it interesting, that is yet another great puzzle.

(sorry, but i refuse to waste my precious account space showing examples of this seemingly lame concept. you're just gonna have to trust me on this one.)
