A New Beginning
WHO IS THIS DIZZY BLONDE?
Thanks for taking the time to read my new Blog
I don't know if I even know myself
the answer to many questions put to me.
I started on a webtv back in 1997.
Since then so much has happened in my life.
I would feel safe to say that I am not the same person now as I was then.
I have met so many wonderful internet friends.
During the three years I spent going back and forth to NYC with my son Shannon,
to see Dr. Fred Epstein for treatment to a brain tumor, my internet
friends stood by me 100%. Many came to Beth Israel to see us,
and brought food and pillows, plus prayers. I didn't even know
ONE person in the New York area.
That just tells one how important the internet can be.
As I make this page, my son has been deceased for 7 years.
I am still in contact with many of those same friends.
It is to the Almighty Lord that I dedicate this page
and to the friends that were given to me at the time
I needed them most!!,BR.I have been on the internet making pages since 1997.
This is one of my hobbies.
I don't think I could even mention all the names of the people I have met during this time.
Imagine, could you make a list of your friends and all the people you have met in 8 years?
A totally impossible mission to undertake. 
FEEDINGTHEDESIRE
I have many interests!Being on the internet is not the only thing I do with my life.
I have many things to keep myself busy. The internet is one hobby.
The many friends that I communicate with on the internet are very important to me.
I LIKE" the chat rooms, looking at homepages, reading verse and poetry.I even try to use my talents to write poetry,
however, I don't think you will find any of my writings in print.
I do plan on writing a book someday. Just when, I don't know.
 I have a little dog named "Barney". He is a joy in my life.
For only being 12 pounds, he can create all kinds of messes.
He is a little white poodle. As of this writing, he is 16 years old.
He has recently been diagnoised with Diabetes.
The diabetes made him go blind in only 4 days
I am told that cataracts can develop that fast by the vet.
I looked on the internet and found a hopeful treatment. This will not require surgery.
I am hoping for any sight.
Just enough that it makes it easier
for him to get around the house and to be happy!I look at this realistic, but I also know he is in NO pain.
TRAVELI have been very fortunate to do some traveling in my life. From camping all over the southwest, to taking many beautiful cruises around the Virgin Islands.
I feel so blessed. I have been to Las Vegas many times, and wish I had all the money back that I took there. Ha Ha!
I have been to several islands. I love to snorkel and just look around at the things that are different than in the good ole USA. Traveling is always a learning experience.
LIFE
As a young girl out of high school, I went to Oklahoma for a short time. Life progressed, I have moved to many different cities and states. At the age of 22 I moved to a farming community in Kansas. I was married at that time, and my husband and I built a home on the lake. I loved it there.
Florida has been another interesting place where I have lived for a fairly good length of time. On a island called Longboat Key, you will find my name on their wall. I actually have a honor of being "EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH". Ha! Ha! My profession is accounting. So, I can add, subtract, multiply and divide The plaque must have had something to do with that?.
I moved back to my home state of Kansas after Florida.
When my husband passed away, I returned home to where my mother was still living. Back to the good ole state of Kansas.
I HOPE I AM ANSWERING ALL THE QUESTIONS THAT HAVE BEEN ASKED!
I am single at the present time.
I seem to not do well in finding a gentleman.
I anxiously await for my knight in shinning armour!!
I would love to have just ONE man in my life.
Until that time, I am doing just fine SINGLE!
I am not rushing into anything, and do not expect that Knight to ride up in my yard soon. I mean, at this age lets be realistic!     
As I Walk Through Life..
I've learned
that you can do something in an instant
that will give you heartache for life.
I've learned
that it's taking me a long time to
become the person I want to be.
I've learned
that the people you care about most
in life are taken from you too soon
