
Cocoa Mix...the economical way!
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients stirring until thoroughly combined.
10 cups dry milk 1 3/4 cups unsweetened cocoa powder 4 3/4 cups sifted confectioners sugar 1 (6 oz.) jar powdered nondairy creamer
Store in an airtight container.
Individual serving: 2 heaping tablespoons of cocoa mixture for each mug and fill with boiling water. Stir to dissolve.
Makes: 45 individual servings
