
Beer Cheese Bread
For your Breadmaker
3 cups bread flour 1 tbl sugar 1 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbl butter 2 1/4 tsp bread machine yeast 10 oz beer; flat 4 oz American cheese 4 oz Jack cheese; cut in 1/4" cu
Warm beer and American cheese over low heat on top of stove or in microwave. Cheese doesn't need to melt completely. Stir.
Add other ingredients.
You'll want to start making your second batch before you finish making your first loaf.
