            in the Oaks

          Oak Tree

          Welcome to the Oaks . . . Have a spooky good time! . . . . . . Whoo Hoo! . . . It's Halloween!!!

Boo!! My name is Granny Nan. Granny Nan
I live deep in the Oaks of the Louisiana swamps with the witches, goblins and ghosts.....and other creepy, crawly things.

Halloween Night is their special time.
They plan all year long for this one
          BIG BASH!

Come along to see for yourself.

          Wow! Dig this Treat!!!

          Thank you Cheerful Celebrations

Stay close or you might get lost in here. It's awfully dark. A word of warning...be very, very careful where you walk and what you step on. And a word of caution...watch out for what you bump into.

          Wanta hold my hand?

          Hey!!! Just not so tight!

          Scared? Me neither! Black Cat

          Soooo let's begin.....

Let's be spooky, let's have fun!
We'll scare ourselves before we're done
With ghosts and goblins...winds that howl
Things that fly and things that prowl.

We'll talk about such creepy stuff
Until we both get scared enough
To hear things that we cannot see
And see things that just cannot be.

          Let's be spooky...you and me.

          Pumpkin

          Once upon a midnight dreary,
while I pondered, weak and weary,

Over many a quaint and curious
          volume of forgotten lore.

          While I nodded, nearly napping,
          suddenly there came a tapping,

          As of someone gently rapping,
          rapping at my chamber door.

          "'Tis some visitor," I muttered,
          "tapping at my chamber door;

          Only this.....
          and nothing more....."

          OR IS IT?????

          Owl
          Whoo Hoo!
          What was that flying by?
