This is the hardest page of all to work on.
Like Cal, I do not like to ask for anything.
If I need it the Master will see that it is provided.
I really didn't want to change this page, however Cal would tell me
to "get my priorities straight.
We can't keep things going all by ourselves,no matter how much we want to."
Even the donations page will basically stay the same, because this is and always will be "~Cal's~" website. Donations will go to maintaining his site.
As most of you know Cal spent everything he had on his website.
He depended on donations to keep it online.
When he was teaching me how to do things he always stressed, "No ads,No pop-ups, Melinda". But, also, as he said - "I have never put ads on my website, nor have I sold anything. It has been a "labor of love" And folks......this is my promise to you!!!
I will continue to maintain his site with the highest standards as he did.
Due to the amount of direct linking and downloading of the website puzzles, music, games, screensavers and pictures,the cost to maintain the site is now way above my income,as you might know.
As some of you read this I am sure you are saying to yourself,
why does she need donations -- she works.
Yes, I work to pay "my" bills like everyone else.
We knew when Cal asked us to take over that it would be expensive,
I did not know that I would have to take over so soon.
I will continue with the site because it is a wonderful place for everyone to enjoy the gifts we have been given so generously by the Master artist and to maintain the standard that Cal firmly set for his website.
I do reluctantly ask that if you are able to help, even in some small way, with the expenses, which are great, that you do.
If you can't donate at this time I ask that you still enjoy the site - it is here for everyone - no matter what they can or cannot give.
A few have already sent a donation when Cal passed. For those I am grateful.
For it is those donations that have kept it online this long.
