I watch you sleeping,
Lying on the bed,
Little paws stretched out,
And wrapped around your head.

You really have no idea,
How much you mean to me,
Your love, your adoration,
And delightful company.

You offer me your comfort
When I'm down and feeling blue,
You're my sympathizer,
When I don't have a clue.

You never judge my actions,
Whether right or wrong,
No matter what I'm feeling,
We always get along.

You came into my life one day,
How peaceful I am now,
You've changed my life,
So very much.....and how.

My little companion,
My lovely pal and friend.
I will love and cherish you
Until the very end.
