Text Color Demo

Since the Server Side Color Upgrade it is necessary to use <<>body bgcolor="#....." text="#....."> after <<>html> in news group posts if you type a post using HTML for the message to appear with the correct colors or you'll have a white background with black text. The bgcolor and text colors are the same as used in your signature box. If you want a different text color after that then use <<>font color="#....."> and you're good to go. See here and here.

<<>html><<>font color="yellow">If you want to change text colors then every message has to start with the codes you see in the very beginning and BTW this has nothing has nothing to do with the signature box.

So start each and every message in the text area, this area, with <<>html><<>font color="color_here"> in the very upper most left hand corner and then type your message.. When you're finished always close with <<>/font><<>/html>

If you want a paragragh use <<>p> plus there are several other codes to use just as if you where making a a web page and in essence this is a web page.

If you like bounce this message to see how I composed this message. You might want to send a few practice messages to yourself first just to get the hang of it.

BTW I used <<>em><<>font size=4> after the opening <<>html> then I used <<>font color="pick_a_color"> text goes here<<>/font> and so on and so forth.

This page can not be bounced but it can be validated. So take the URL here and place the URL in the window called Source Viewer and you'll be able to view the codes or go there now and the URL be automatically be in the window referred to above. Click here to view a page that shows different font sizes.
