The way to be certain that your pages are being viewed by others the way you see them is easy.  Always add "fontsize",no space as you can see, in the body tag which is a WebTV only attribute.
<body bgcolor="?" text="?" fontsize="large">
The sizerange attributes work fine within a font tag but what if you are not using font tags or text at all?

The text size setting on your box will still effect how the page will be viewed, even if no text is on the page.  The addition of that tag is not to change your text size but should be the same as the text setting size you have your box set for. That way everyone else sees the pages you make the same as you do.

Header tags automatically appear bold, see below, and once they're closed have a paragraph spaced after that ergo no need to use <br> or <p>.

<h1>header 1 text</h1>

<h2>header 2 text</h2>

<h3>header 3 text</h3>

<h4>header 4 text</h4>

<h5>header 5 text</h5>
<h6>header 6 text</h6>
