  1. First and foremost this is your WebTV Top 100 site. I am only the caretaker.
  2. If any one has any suggestions regardless of its nature please contact me here and I shall certainly listen. If need be I'll ask all members for their input. Thank you.
  3. The WebTV Top 100 banner may only be displayed on your web site and cannot be displayed in email. The banner may be displayed on more than one page of your registered web site.
  4. If you do not like the color of the banner then you are more than welcome to change the color but not the text. If you prefer a stationary banner with attributes of width="250" height="30" border="0" click here or another image like the one at the very top of this page with attributes of width="450" height="63" border="0" click here. The background is transparent BTW. Please transload either image or upload to your PageBuilder scrapbook. TIA
  5. If your file server is GeoCities or Angelfire and others that do not allow image linking then do not add a banner. I check this about twice a month on my PC and delete banners used from these servers to save bandwidth and especially loading time. TIA for understanding.
  6. For those of you that use PageBuilder the image, when linked, does not appear when viewed by computers. Thank god I use a PC and use The Zone. PageBuilder...what a laugh.
  7. The size of the spinning/twirling banner is 219x66x0. If you want to change the width with or without transloading/uploading that is your decision.

  9. Every 30 days the vote count will be reset to zero for all sites. The reset value choices are; 5, 10, 15 and 30 days. If the majority wants the reset value changed then please contact me and I'll do what the majority wants.
  10. For the time being only the top 20 will have their banner displayed.
  11. In addition, you must sign up using your xxxx@webtv.net, xxxx@msn.com or xxx@hotmail.com email address. Any members that sign up using a non-WebTV/MSN/hotmail email address or change after being accepted will be deleted from the Top 100 and or not accepted.
  12. To ask for votes in a news group is not ethical but if you want to ask by sending an email that's is OK. Sending an email means not in your signature box or a part of your signature that others would see if you posted. This is for web pages or sites only so ask for a vote and or advertise all you want there.The abuse of this is immediate deletion of your site.
  13. This site is not a contest but merely a vehicle to bring more visitors and attention to each members site. Please visit other members sites within this group. Thank you.

  15. There are 60 registered sites within the Top 100. At one time there were 129 registered. I deleted many sites the last few days due to invalid e-mail addresses or no banner.
