Here is what I did to create an F key finder/saver. I used of all things Page Builder and that URL is on my F 2 key with all of my favorites. Then I transloaded that URL to "The Zone" for save keeping. My favorites folders are basically empty excepts for five folders called AAAA, POSTS, POSTS2, NEWS GROUPS and WEB RINGS (has all of the statistic pages) where I have saved my posts that I have used <<>html> in. Then I can just bounce my own post or thread without me having to reinvent the wheel and type the same message again and then I post the same again. I renamed the post in my favorites for easy locating.
Try this and I quote from a book called WebTV For Dummies page 155
If the Web addresses you want to add to your list are already saved in your Favorites folders, PB can take the favorite links you specify and automatically add them to the Description and Web Address text boxes. Choose the Add From Favorites button, choose the links you want from the list of favorites, and then choose Done.
