Giving Thanks Thanksgiving's upon us My favorite time of year A time for family A time for cheer A time to remember All that God has done Who we are And where we came from When put into perspective We all have to know Our Savior Jesus Gave us much hope Hope for the future Hope for today Hope for all time He took our sins away We are surely blessed Blessed with his love He gave us a home In heaven above I thank Him for family I thank Him for all I have But nothing can compare To the gift that HE gave I sit around the table Filled with thanksgiving I accept from HIS hand The gift of living Living today Waiting for tomorrow There'll be no more tears No more sorrow Thanksgiving's a foreshadow Of what's to come When we feast in heaven With God's only Son Thank you Jesus!!
