Through The Eyes Of An Angel Thank you Jesus for placing A special light in my life In the form of an angel Who brings me new sight To see the world through her eyes To see my world anew Is a treasure everlasting A panaramic view She moved to my land From another far from here And brought me new vision A new sense of cheer She describes the places I've walked With such a deep love That I wonder where she's been What she's talking about I take my world for granted Lord I'm ashamed to say But she brings out it's beauty In such a colorful way I'm now looking at my hometown Through her sweet and loving eyes And see a brand new world Unfold before my eyes I'm thankful for her appreciation Of what I've always had And feel a sense of gratitude For the things that make her glad I've walked this land since birth And never saw the treasures Until I met my special light Who colored it with her love Thank you and Praise you Jesus For showing me a brand new world Through the eyes of an angel Mary Silva July, 2004 Home
